Graduates commit to two years of association service, thereby ensuring a high-quality pool of leaders for the future. If you’re a State LILI Chair, or a member of the State LILI Team, the Online Leaders Training Center (OLTC) – LILI Tools provides the tools and resources to help with every stage of planning and holding a Leadership in Life Institute – from promoting the course and recruiting candidates to celebrating at commencement and building an alumni group. Documents include a timeline defining who does what by when, marketing tips and materials, letter templates for correspondence, and much more.
